8 P.M tomorrow is a red letter day for people in HR/OD as we launch the #RexKarmaveerHRODFellowship. Are you helping people in your teams to learn and grow to build a great organisation, with #EmotionalIntelligence and #Mindfulness? Join us tomorrow tomorrow for a to have a free-spirited cool, casual, candid conversation with HR/OD Subject matter specialist #PrabhaSrinivas . I love this quote by Richard Branson, which says it all “Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t have to.” Treat them well enough so they don’t have to.” Alas! In most organisations most Managers thinks that HR and Learning & Development (L&D) is the responsibility of the HR and L & D Departments. Not True! HR and L & D is the responsibility of each and every employee from the MD/CEO to the recently joined #JuniorMostRookie to help ourselves and others to understand and unleash our true worthiness, power and potential. It starts with the mindset of treating all people like Human Beings and not like Resources or Things. Most Managers squeeze people like Lemons to #JuiceEmOut (not all, but most) to achieve Results/Numbers but fail to Invest in People and enable them to unleash their #UnlimitedHumanPotential. Here is a simple insight, Performance is a by-product of Potential and if you do not help people unleash potential, their performance will always be mediocre. Remember that! Organisations grow when people learn and grow. #LearningIsGrowth.

Our simple but compelling mantra is “I change to change the world”. .
