Excellent Solicitors

Excellent support provided

I contacted Slee Blackwell regarding a contentious probate case involving my late uncle's estate. From the beginning, Hayley was extremely positive in her assessment of the case and was always prompt and professional in my dealings with her. Review of Hayley Bundey from Slee Blackwell Solicitors

Having completed my Optometric pre reg hospital experience in Exeter Hayley's accent made me feel at ease straight away, but how did I get on? Well, contentious probate is like walking in a minefield, you'd never want to go through the experience unless you had no other option and for me things didn't go to my plan. Hayley however gave me all the advice I needed, she clearly explained all my options and the costs involved, nothing was ever hidden or overlooked. After listening to Hayley's advice I made all my own decisions rightly or wrongly but the decisions were my own. As with everything the "Proof of the Pudding is in the Eating" so would I use Slee Blackwell and or Hayley Bundey again or recommend them to anyone else? 100% YES!

TOLATA GOLD !!

I contacted BOTH Codie and Hayley after reading a published article of a similar case of my own. I had read that they might support me in a No win no fee situation. On enquiry I was met with only kindness and empathy and was offered a one hour free consultation with Hayley who despite not being able to take on my case NWNF she made suggestions to me to try and get my case to Mediaton myself. I did this, it was unsuccessful but from having Hayley explaining that I DID have a Case and thst she WOULD take me on but on a private fee paying basis (that I could not afford) she gave me the courage to go on and fight my case alone against my ex and his lawyer. I spent some 238 hours slogging and studying TOLATA LAWS myself with tenancity. I went up against my ex and his own very experienced Lawyer. I didn't stop fighting. I kept hold of that free hour of advice..... And from it I was able to settle out of court on a 5 figure sum. In today's world where Legal Aid is no longer available even to the most deserving, a free hour with a good lawyer can be enough as it was in my Case. Even an hour with a lawyer can cost £500 plus. Thus I am eternally grateful that Company's like SB offer this service. Hayley was honest with me, I did not feel rushed. She explained fees to me and various other options. A true gift ! I have never been more grateful. Thank you so very much.

Hayley was 'on my side' from the beginning and was the only solicitor that I used for this case that did that. My case was complicated, and although the case started with Hayley, it was whilst she was working for another company. I was very happy to be going back to Hayley when she moved and the other company did not provide a 'no win no fee' service. Hayley picked up the case and was the ultimate professional, providing clear advice and making by case in the best way possible. It was because of Hayley I believe that we had a successful outcome. Excellent Solicitor

After calling Slee Blackwell & leaving my details Hayley promptly called back & was absolutely fantastic from the start. She listened to my situation, gave clear advice, explained time scales, costs & any potential future pitfalls which may create unexpected costs & after the call I knew i wanted Hayley representing me. It would be too long to explain any of my situation here & as this a review site all anyone who reads this needs to know is you're in excellent hands with Hayley & her team. Hayley was professional, true to her word & I consider myself lucky to have found her & as long as you understand where you are at & explain your requirements clearly you will have no problems & it will just be a question of how long it takes to sort. I could write much more, heaping praise on Hayley & her team, but i'll end by writing that after my previous solicitor experience (one of the worst of my life) be very careful who you deal with, even if you know them &/or have dealt with them before, & take this review as an end of your search & just call Hayley!

Excellent and Efficient

I had to deal with a very stressful and sensitive family matter and parents Will’s. Hayley was absolutely fantastic every step of the way, incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. I had a great result going through Mediation with Hayley and Counsel (who was recommended by Hayley). I highly recommend Slee Blackwell Solicitors, Hayley and her team; Codie was also brilliant with her communication. They were also very transparent with their fees and deserved every penny they received.

I contacted Hayley to help myself and my children regarding a TALATA matter . The service she provided has been nothing short of amazing! Hayley was extremely professional but also compassionate and caring towards my family. I only wish we lived closer to the office so I could give her a huge hug!
