When we approach life as a continuous learning process, we open ourselves up to growth and transformation. Instead of labeling experiences as simply "good" or "bad," we can ask ourselves: "What can I learn from this?" This shift in perspective can be incredibly powerful.

The power of perception

Most of us understand that "good" and "bad" are often matters of perception. Our views of the world are shaped by our experiences, beliefs, and attitudes. To truly change how we see life, we need to learn how to perceive differently.
