Apalachee High School Shooter’s Father Appeared in Court Today, Was Arraigned on 4 Counts of Manslaughter, 2 Counts of Second-Degree Murder!

Colin Gray told Investigators he purchased the AR-15 gun as a holiday present for his son in December 2023, According to law enforcement sources. In another Courtroom today, His 14-year-old son told investigators “I DID IT”, while being questioned, according to the Barrow County Sheriff.
According to the father’s arrest warrant affidavit, Colin Gray allegedly gave his son a firearm “with knowledge that he was a threat to himself and others”.
The Shooter’s mother, Marcee Gray, had warrants issued for her arrest for offenses committed in November 2023, including Felony Possession of controlled substances and using a false license plate. Marcee Gray is also accused of using a glass pipe for narcotics, possessing hydrochloride, fentanyl, and meth and concealing the identify of a vehicle.

School Shooter Colt Gray could face life in prison if convicted on any of the 4 counts of felony murder filed against him, said Judge Currie Mingledorff during his Friday court appearance. Fourteen year-old Colt Gray will be tried as an adult. The Shooter did not enter plea. The FBI said the Shooter had plans for a future mass shooting, and had shared screenshots of firearms, according to court documents. “ I’m committing a mass shooting and im waiting a good 2-3 years, the Shooter wrote in 2023. “I can’t kill myself yet, cause I’m not contributing anything to culture I need to go out knowing I did! The Shooter published the remarks on the Discord which told the FBI the site removed the comments for a violation of Discord’s policy against extremism.
