Appear more Beautiful …Easier to Form Romantic Connection
What makes people feel like they bond, connect, or "click" with a date?
What makes them pick a partner (or pass them by) after only a few minutes of interaction?
Does simply knowing how to talk to a date have an impact on whether that person feels a connection—or moves on to someone else?
What are the behaviors and skills that make conversations "click"?
Physical characteristics, status, and interpersonal similarities often have a larger effect on feelings of connection—particularly when participants made quick and early decisions about a date.
Essentially, if both partners gave each other a chance, even a four-minute conversation could begin to build a romantic connection.
One look at the billion dollar anti-aging industry and it's no surprise we find youth beautiful above all else. But skin isn't the only indicator of it — the size of your eyes is, too. In my opinion, women with baby-like features such as large, widely-spaced eyes are typically judged to be most attractive.
Hair naturally thins as we grow older, though strands are directly influenced by health, diet, and hormones at any age.
Each strand has its own blood flow, so thick and flowing locks instantly communicate a sense of wellness.
And since hair grows fastest and thickest for women between the ages of 16 and 24, it's yet another indicator of youth
Shampoo commercials have long shown the lure of glossy, smooth strands that bounce weightlessly, though it's something else that we tend to find sexy.
Freud believed that we fetishize hair not only because of the way it looks and feels, but because of the way it smells
Hair stirs sight, touch, and scent sensations and memories — it's arousing and primal in its appeal.
While sudsing up daily will keep hair smelling clean, such frequent washings can strip strands of moisture. To stay fresh on days you don't shampoo.
A great trick is to spritz a brush with your favorite fragrance and then comb through your hair to distribute the scent
While lashes are supposed to keep debris out of your eyes, batting them is also one of the most popular ways to flirt. Since the tip swoops in an arch and human sight is drawn to motion, fluttering the fringe can capture eye contact.
Women around the world, in modern and ancient cultures, have taken advantage of eyelashes by making them longer and more visible
There's a reason why Marilyn Monroe always wore red on her lips. Estrogen levels rise when women are in the most fertile span of the monthly cycle known as ovulation, increasing blood flow under the skin's surface. This surge flushes cheeks and lips a pink or red tone that behavioral studies show evokes attraction response in men.
Symmetry has been considered a mark of facial beauty since the ancient Greeks, and experts say it's because these features form during our crucial developmental years.
Departures from perfect symmetry are assumed to be the result of factors such as stress, nutrition, disease, and infections
There’s a lot to mourn when summer ends: beach days, picnics, farm-fresh tomatoes and peaches, sunshine — and also that bright, dewy glow you’ve been rocking.
Unfortunately, once the weather turns cooler, it becomes harder to maintain luminous skin. In the winter, the air is drier, which results in increased transepidermal water loss
That dries out your skin because moisture evaporates much more quickly.”
When the humidity level in the air is low, which occurs more often in the winter than the summer, moisture evaporates more easily from the body, so your skin ends up dry and dehydrated,
The first step to fighting dry skin: moisturize.
Moisturizer helps battle transepidermal water loss by repairing the skin barrier. A compromised skin barrier leads to dry skin; stronger skin means a plumper, dewier complexion.
Lines have a way of sneaking up on you — a glance in the mirror in the right (or wrong) light can suddenly expose a roadmap you didn't know existed. But you don't have to go into Beverly Hills /Bollywood housewife territory with fillers or Botox to have dramatic impact on the signs of aging.
The reality is that even the best products only work at undoing damage, so it is much more effective to prevent the damage in the first place — with a healthy lifestyle and a consistent skin care routine that keeps your skin hydrated, nourished, and protected,

Thank you …When it comes to washing your face, resist rinsing with hot water, which can dehydrate skin and make wrinkles appear more noticeable.
Hot water washes away the skin's protective oils, leaving it dry, itchy, and tight
Switch to lukewarm water instead.
The lower temperature helps keep the stratum corneum [the outermost layer of skin cells] and sebum from rinsing away."
What you eat can keep your skin looking young. ..
The trick is choosing a rainbow variety of foods.
Colorful fruits and vegetables are natural sources of antioxidants, which fight the damage caused by free radicals
You'll also want to consume plenty of healthy fats, especially foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids, like nuts, avocados, and eggs.
Want to add word or two?
You are what you drink as well:
Try to down at least eight glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated so your skin will stay healthy and function at its best. And feel free to indulge in a glass of red wine on occasion — it's packed with polyphenols and antioxidants that are great for your skin.
Your comment ….?
At night, your body is able to heal itself from the inside out, free from environmental factors like sun, wind, and pollution
You don't have to worry about makeup or sunscreen either, so you can use creams with a thicker texture that provide deeper hydration and can lessen the appearance of wrinkles.
I also recommends looking for products that contain anti-aging ingredients, like retinols and glycolic or fruit acids, that will encourage cell turnover overnight, as well as peptides, to boost collagen production.
The delicate skin around the eyes is especially susceptible to wrinkles, so it will benefit from some overnight TLC as well. In general, eye creams tend to contain anti-aging ingredients that are gentler on the skin, or are formulated at milder concentrations.
As with general night creams you want to look for eye creams that contain retinoids, peptides, and hydrating agents like hyaluronic acid to plump up lines and wrinkles.

So when you have trained all the muscles for a period of time it makes you stronger. When you are stronger it does not matter the type of sport you play
The improvement in the fitness will be quite evident. Appear and FEEL beautiful.

5yNowadays nobody has time to go skin-deep so they are happy with superficial things.

5yBeauty is truly only skin deep, and at the end of the day, it's pretty meaningless if we don't foster the more lasting parts of our identity, like kindness and intelligence. However, sometimes we just want to feel like we look our best, for those occasions, As much as I firmly believe that way too much emphasis is placed on physical attributes in our culture, and also think that the media definitely creates unrealistic standards of beauty .
