Appetite por Spain

It is a trend in the legal market that English law firms continue to have an appetite for the Spanish market. This was reported in an interview with Roberto Pomares, managing partner of the firm Addleshaw Goddard, in the last Iberian Lawyer magazine. Proof of this is that firms such as Kennedys continue to add talent, with the aim of maintaining the firm's growth momentum in EMEA. Jesús Iglesias , from Clyde & Co, joins as a cyber and regulatory insurance partner in Madrid along with legal director, Clara Bermejo and associate, José Temes.

 In addition to these appointments, CMS Albiñana & Suárez has promoted Elena Alcázar and Juan Moreno to partner; Herbert Smith Freehills will appoint Jaime Bofill to lead the insurance practice; and in Portugal, Miguel Duarte Santos has been named partner of SPS.
