Surprising New Insights into Preventative Mental Health Support
The importance of preventative mental health support is one of the most powerful takeaways from our whitepaper.
Mental health is a spectrum. Some days (or weeks, or months) we feel strong and good. Other times, we’re really struggling. Mental health illnesses or major life events can also trigger changes in our baseline.
But the results of our whitepaper showed that people who have moderate symptoms (i.e. are generally feeling okay, with occasional mental health issues like anxiety or trouble sleeping) improve hugely when they use nilo.health.
This means that mental health support helps you solve problems as they arise, before they become a crisis. It helps you avoid manifesting symptoms or developing unhealthy patterns.
