Architectural Design is a combination of Art and Structure.

Your next home. How do you want it to feel around you? Do you want a warm cozy resting place, or a wild and crazy party pavilion where you and 150 of your closest friends can experience life at a level few others get to enjoy...or something in between? Those are just a couple questions you should know the answer to before you start the process.

Identifying your goals and establishing your needs and wants are primary to the level of satisfaction you will reach in the process. This is where the "art" comes in. Your building site is a canvas and we are going to paint your dreams and vision on that canvas to meet your needs and wants.

While we are in the process of designing your home we will go on imaginary adventures. We will take trips into your fantasies and dreams to find out what it will take to create that perfect home for you and those you love. We will expand your comfort zones, play with your vision until you reach a state of contentment about what we are doing. Working with me, will be an enjoyable and rewarding process. That I promise. Oh, I'm no fool, I know there will be struggles, there will be days you wonder if you are doing the right thing...always remember....nothing worth achieving is ever easy. But mostly, it will be fun and enjoyable. In over 150 custom designed homes since 1987, I have a 100% satisfaction rate for people who love their homes once they are built. That takes a never ending effort on my part to make sure everything is as close to perfection for you as possible.

I have been doing this since 1977. I have never wanted to do anything else, although early in my life I certainly did. I have owned and operated several businesses including two restaurants (I love to cook), a screen printing T-Shirt shop, and at one point in 1980 my wife and I managed the world's third best disco (according to Billboard magazine). During all those business adventures I also designed homes for clients... part time. In 1986 we moved to Arizona and after 18 months of working as the "in house" designer for a local Scottsdale builder a new adventure began and I went out on my own in October of 1987. I never looked back.

Now, structure. I can build what I design, having framed homes, wired homes, plumbed homes, and installed a lot of the finish work including cabinets, tile and flooring. When you combine that with my love of the art of design you get a rare combination of talent and experience that adds a tremendous value to the services I offer you.

I enjoy the challenges that long distance projects and projects on a difficult site present. The harder it is to imagine how a home could sit on a building site, the more I love it. My projects can be found in most of the high end communities in Scottsdale, Desert Mountain, Estancia, D.C. Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon and many, many more. I have designed homes in Paradise Valley, Superstition Mountain, Ahwatukee, and on Squaw Peak. You'll find my designs in California, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Nevada and even North Carolina. I have been lucky enough to design homes for celebrities and CEOs as well as doctors, lawyers and a ton of what we all call regular people. I have enjoyed them all. I've been blessed with having wonderful clients and have built lifelong friendships with many of them.

The future is exciting, the above home is a design I have created for a spectacular lot on Camelback Mountain in Phoenix. I am working with a builder to make this project come to life. I am working with several awesome clients right now to design renovations to their existing homes and I am in the process of finishing a new home in Lake Las Vegas near Las Vegas Nevada. If you are considering building a new home in the next year or two, contact me.start a dialog and see what we can put together.

It's your dream, your vision, your home...let me help you make it all that it can be. We can start today...message me and we can launch into the adventure of creating your dream home.

Ron- As an Arch Designer, I spend a lot of time fixing things first, before I can get started Designing. I was wondering why your Designs were so “human”. , polished, and inviting. You certainly have the “it” factor! If my daughter ends up moving to Az., I will certainly get in touch with you when I am there!
