Greetings, my dear brothers and sisters of God’s inspirational grace, and I pray that each of you will defeat Covid-19 and live a gracious life with your loved ones and family members.
On Saturday, July 10, 2021, was the final day of the South America soccer championship game between Brazil and Argentina. They squared off for the 2021 Copa America final on Saturday night in Rio de Janeiro. Brazil was favored to win on their home turf against Argentina, the underdog. The star players and most influential soccer players on the planet, Messi from Argentina and Neymar from Brazil, touched base and hugged each other on the way to the field. Everyone expected great actions from them. In the end, the underdog Argentina prevailed, scoring the first goal, winning with Brazil none. The end was a great time of jubilation, hugs, high fives, picture takings, and camaraderie. Argentina now wears its “Champeones De America 2021” shirts with fireworks lighting up the sky. What a surprise; however, everyone had some fun.

Poem: Brazil vs. Argentina Championship Soccer Game!
The sun was shining and the stadium was not full
People attended and some had their—legs pulled
Argentina, Angel Di Maria had his—mindset to win
No one dared to stand up and take a Covid-19 game bet
They expected Messi, the star player, to make eyes wet!
The first-quarter whistle blew. Ball kicked downfield
2021 Copa America final is off to a start—this is now real
Saturday night in Rio de Janeiro, this is the—real deal
The world gathered around their TV sets—some in suspense
Brazil has the ball, passed it around, but Mario intercepts.
Maria switched the ball from right to left foot, he knew his part
Goalie took the bait, came forward, scoop shot over—his head
Moving like an alternating electrical current—that’s not dead
With a flip of the switch, the goalie blinked, and it was done!
In Argentina voice shouted, “GOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLL!”
Brazil’s Neymar then pulled out some fancy maneuvers on the run
Too late! Argentina already had—the goal kicked, such fun!
Left foot flip, ball scooting over the—goalie's head
Before they knew it, Brazilians' faces were like the setting sun, red
This championship means so much to so many who were ready!
Argentina’s 28 years shutout disappeared with a scooping shot
Brazil now shutdown by Argentina, they are—now on top
Not much more to say; Argentina ends—the day
Taking the 2021 Copa America Trophy their way
The champions received their medals and shinning trophies.
Brazil eating green from falling, they didn’t have their way
Every cool cat drinks delicious milk, so many—people say
Brazil will have to settle for running river water—today
Argentina will sip nice chocolate milk and is here to stay
Going home with the 2021 Copa America Trophy their way!

El sábado 10 de julio del 21 se celebra el último Campeonato Sudamericano de Fútbol entre Brasil y Argentina para la Copa América 2021 en Río de Janeiro. Brasil fue el favorito para ganar en su propio terreno contra Argentina. Los jugadores estrella y futbolistas más influyentes del planeta, Messi de Argentina y Neymar de Brasil, se abrazaron. Todos esperaban grandes acciones de ellos. Argentina se impuso, anotando el primer gol, ganando con Brasil ninguno. Mostraron gran júbilo, abrazos, fuegos artificiales, apretones de manos y camaradería. Argentina viste sus camisetas Champeones De America 2021. ¡Gran juego! Todos se divirtieron.

La gente asistió y a algunos les tiraron de las piernas
Argentina, Di María tenía su ... mentalidad para ganar
Nadie se atrevió a levantarse y aceptar una apuesta de juego Covid-19
¡Esperaban que Messi, el jugador estrella, se mojara los ojos!
Sonó el pitido inicial. Pelota pateada campo abajo
Comenzó la final de la Copa América 2021, esto ahora es real
Sábado por la noche en Río de Janeiro, este es el — trato
El mundo se reunió alrededor de sus televisores, algunos en suspenso
Brasil tiene el balón, se lo pasa, Mario intercepta.
María cambió el balón de derecha a izquierda, sabía su parte
El portero mordió el anzuelo, se adelantó, hizo un tiro por encima de la cabeza.
Moviéndose como una corriente eléctrica alterna, hacia arriba y luego hacia abajo
Con un movimiento del interruptor, el portero parpadeó, ¡y listo!
En voz argentena gritó: "¡GOOOOAAAAAAALLLLLL!"
Neymar de Brasil luego sacó algunas maniobras sobre la carrera
¡Demasiado tarde! Argentina ya lo había hecho, el gol ganó
Volteo con el pie izquierdo, la pelota se desliza sobre la cabeza del portero.
Antes de que se dieran cuenta, la red de la portería se puso roja como la puesta de sol.
¡Este campeonato significa mucho para muchos que estaban listos!
La blanqueada de 28 años de Argentina desapareció con un tiro abierto
Brasil cierra
Argentina ganadora, ahora en la cima
No hay mucho más que decir. Argentina termina: el día
Llevando el Trofeo de la Copa América 2021 a su manera
Los campeones recibieron sus medallas y trofeos brillantes.
Brasil comió verde por caer, no se salieron con la suya
Todos los gatos beben una leche deliciosa, tantos — la gente dice
Brasil tendrá que conformarse con el agua de los ríos, hoy
Argentina tomará un buen sorbo de leche con chocolate y está aquí para quedarse
