Arnold Schwarzenegger Taught Me This Lean Body Hack.
Even while looking like a Greek God, Arnie still had a big weakness.
Which he learned about the hard way, after a defeated in his first Mr Universe competition (1966).
To turn his weakness into a strength, he did something no else would.
He took scissors and cut all his sweatpants above the knee…
So that his calves were always exposed (and top of mind).
And so, reading about this years ago sparked an idea
It was back when I retired from bodybuilding competitions (2016)…
Which was also a risky time for many competitors…
Because right after a 5-6 month hardcore diet for competition prep (which I don’t recommend to anyone)...
Many people blow up their weight and body-fat. I even know people who developed eating disorders after doing bodybuilding! (it’s nuts).
So, obviously, I didn’t want to go down that path.
Instead, I wanted to maintain a healthy shape…
Like Daniel Craig’s in Bond or Stallone in Rocky…
Without need to force myself to ‘shred for summer’ every year, after gaining too much fat in winter.
So I modeled Arnies concept…
Gave away all my shirts…
And filled my wardrobe with slim fit shirts only.
Why?...
So if I slack off my diet or exercise, for only 1-2 days…
I notice it.
Because the shirt feels tighter and exposes my belly.
This simple hack helps keep my fitness and nutrition top of mind…
Without the fat creeping back on.
And if the shirt does get tight…

Well, I can fix it within 1-2 days.
It’s almost instant feedback.
Can you see the power in this?
The reason i'm sharing this is because,
Often the problem for most CEO and entrepreneurs is that they’re so busy,
They don’t notice, or get any feedback.
Which is why it's so easy to gain 1-2 Kgs or pounds every month without even knowing it.
Which isn't a lot of weight, but…
Over 1-2 years that's 20-40 extra kgs/pounds they end up carrying around.
This is why when clients reach their healthy and lean body-fat range, below 17%...
And get their metabolism firing like it was in their 20’s…
I tell them to spoil themselves…
By getting a new tailored suit, or fitting out their wardrobe with new slim fit shirts and pants…
BUT… With one condition.
They must throw out the ‘big man’ clothes and burn that bridge to old habits…
So they can maintain a lean, fit, healthy body shape, that they feel confident and comfortable with…
Whether they're on stage, at the beach/pool or in the bedroom 😉
P.s.
The purpose of the newsletter image is to show you how obvious it is if my belly is bloated wearing a tight shirt, VS. how I should normally look.
BONUS TIPS.
If you do 'fasting' or have thought about it...
You need to know about the side effects, so you can avoid them happening to you too (Like it did to Dr. Peter Attia).

1yInteresting. I buy loose-fit clothes precisely because I hate the way slim fit exposes my bulges. I am going to give this a try.
