2. Get Input From Employees
Ask your teammates for their opinions on the type of party they'd like to attend. This can be done through a survey or by setting up a suggestion box. You can also ask for volunteers to help plan the event. This not only makes employees feel valued and included, but it also helps you get a better idea of what they would like to see at the party.
Believe it or not, the real talent and skills of employees are usually buried under the heavy layers of documents and deadlines. This is the moment to bring out the best within each one. You never know, the most hardworking employee is also the coolest at playing in Guitar!
3. Choose a date and location
Pick a date and location that works for the majority of employees. Consider the time of year, holidays, and other important events that may conflict with the party. It's important to choose a venue that is easily accessible and has adequate space to accommodate all attendees.

6. Send out invitations
Send out electronic or printed invitations to all employees. Include all the necessary information, such as date, time, location, and dress code. You can also include a RSVP option to get an accurate headcount.
7. Set up a timeline
