Over the next 10 years, AI technologies will continue to impact every area of our lives, from education to health, entertainment to security.

Those AI technologies will benefit rom the rapid development of machine learning algorithms, lasers, sensors and wireless technologies to connected your home without the need for assistance with very high intuitive interaction with machines at the same time due to intelligent data processing, and face and speech recognition.

By 2030, AI products will contribute with more than $15.7 trillion to the global economy,

more than the current output of China and India combined, as said by professional services firm PwC in a 2019 report.

The current crisis Covid-19 is having without any doubt severe impacts on customer's behavior. In fact, the Post-COVID-19, consumer's behaviors won’t go back to pre-pandemic norms.

For example, customers, who will have more fear of the future, are looking for cost benefits, safely which will be considered as key factors for any actions. Moreover, the majority of customers will purchase online and the remote work will be seen as an evidence.

The extreme change is a fact and AI through machine learning and data analytics will play a central role in order to understand and to enhance the adaption to these new trends.

The AI techniques will study deeply the changing customer's preferences, and open opportunities for companies to offer the right solutions and in the aim of creating value.

During the lockdown Chatbots had provided a 24/7 support to the customers which will be the “MUST HAVE” in the post Covid-19.

The customer behavior has changed in the crisis. Nowadays, companies believe that AI can deliver a greater personalized experience to online customers.

The greater AI improvement will touch specifically the retail market and optimize supply chain industries.

How AI will change our lives after the post Covid-19?

All techniques are welcomed in AI, from simple data analytics to large ones, in order to learn how to make decisions, predict customer behavior. In fact, advanced image Recognition and images and human speech will be the most used.

With Machine Learning, AI will also continuously learn and adapt. AI will increasingly contribute to the smart forecasting of consumers’ behavior to help businesses organize effective logistics.

The majority of the organizations already have experiences with digital transformation projects such as automation and data analytics.

AI will enable machines to solve problems and take actions.
