An interesting study recently reported on Business Standard revealed that growth in ecommerce has dramatically broken geographic boundaries. Consumers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are now moving up as major contributors to this growth.
The report also highlighted the upturn of growth in order volumes in different segments. Topping the charts for the year 2021-22 is beauty & personal care segment while the previously biggest segments—electronics & home appliances—saw the lowest growth in order volumes. 💅📈📱📉
D2C brands have shown fast-tracked growth on websites & marketplaces reflecting a robust CAGR for the next few years.
What comes as a great news for retail brands from this report is the declining return rates.

There's also a lot of customization & extraction options available with a drag and drop functionality for customization, exporting data to CSV, defining customized filters for tabular reports, and so on.

Order packaging material directly from Fynd Platform 📦
Stores, or brand teams can place orders for multiple packaging products and get them delivered directly to store locations. You can also browse through packaging order history with date, order id, and store name filters, and more.

"Buy Now" button for Fynd Platform powered websites 🛒
Now enable faster checkouts with the “Buy Now” button that directs customers directly to the checkout page, bypassing the cart page completely. Available on the Whitesplash theme currently, and will available on all other themes in the coming months.
SMS checkout payment links for Fynd Store & Fynd POS 💬
Stores can now share checkout payment links on SMS as well to the customer's mobile number. Other existing options include QR code, Whastapp, Email, and any other mobile apps such as Messenger.
