On 16 July, DNV released the revised Collaborative Just Culture® standards and requirements, Revision 24-0. Collaborative Just Culture® offers an evidence-based framework for building cultures of safety in high-risk industries. View the standards and requirements here.
Accreditation of psychiatric hospitals
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has granted renewed approval of DNV’s psychiatric hospital accrediting program for 4 years. Like our other accreditation programs, our psychiatric accreditation program is informed by the ISO 9001 standards and requirements, which are recognized around the world.

Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD) is the first emergency medical services (EMS) provider to achieve Collaborative Just Culture® qualification. This verifies the entire staff of MCHD consistently practice the highest standards of safety and reliability to deliver high-quality care to patients throughout Montgomery County, Texas. DNV audits organizations to the Collaborative Just Culture® requirements, which are trademarked by SG Collaborative Solutions, LLC.
