UBE NYLON 5036B: FDA-Approved CoPA 6/6.6

 

The FDA-approved UBE NYLON 5036B is an advanced CoPA 6/6.6 with excellent mechanical properties and durability. 

This Nylon series excels in resistance to puncture and tear, effectiveness as an oxygen barrier, and thermoformability, making it ideal for applications needing to withstand external forces without losing integrity, such as food packaging and sensitive products.

Novel bio-based hyperdispersants for TiO2 UV inkjet inks


UBEDISP® hyperdispersants are bio-based additives that have been proven to enhance the dispersion of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) in UV-curable inkjet inks, ensuring high performance and meeting sustainability. 

These hyperdispersants allow for higher solid content, reduced viscosity, and improved thermal stability and sedimentation resistance, making them ideal for producing stable, high-quality white UV inkjet inks.

UBE is developing new nylon grades containing 30% to 70% recycled PA6, specifically designed for extrusion lines in automotive and industrial applications. 

These grades offer excellent mechanical properties, a wide viscosity range for optimized processing, and contribute to environmental sustainability by promoting the use of recycled materials
