Interview of the Week: Finding New Ways to Collaborate
Patrick Roux, CEO, SkyTeam, believes that integration is the key to a successful alliance. In this Airlines. magazine interview, he addresses the addition of SAS to the alliance, consistency, new technologies, sustainability, cargo and many other topics, including integration:
"At SkyTeam, we don’t want to be the biggest alliance, we want to be the most integrated one. Our aim is to create an offer that benefits our customers. SkyTeam is the alliance with the most joint ventures and other forms of partnership between our members and that gives us a great base for cooperation."

Chart of the Week: Aviation’s Decarbonization Requires More CORSIA Credits
Governments have a role in enabling the market for CORSIA’s carbon credits (or “EEUs”) and helping aviation's decarbonization journey.
A scarcity of EEUs relates to the fact that to qualify as CORSIA-eligible, programs must receive approval from the ICAO Council.
As of now, only two programs have received this approval.
