Job Summary: Axis Bank is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Associates to join our team. As a Digital Officer (DO) in our outbound tele-sales voice process, your role will focus on engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our digital products and services, and driving sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, with or without sales experience, who have strong communication skills in English and Hindi or English and at least two regional languages. Freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are also encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of graduation is mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi or English and at least two regional languages.
• Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or any BPO domain is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates from banking processes, international BPO voice processes, or financial services BPO are welcome.
• Background: Open to all backgrounds; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Tele-Sales Environment: Willingness to work in an outbound tele-sales environment.
• Work Schedule: Must be able to work day shifts from Monday to Saturday.
