BAIL GRANTED TO ACCUSED AHSAN NAZIR IN IMRAN KHAN'S MURDER CASE
Gujranwala's Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved the bail of Ahsan Nazir, the accused in the case of the assassination of Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
Gujranwala ATC heard Imran Khan murder case.
The court pronounced a reserved decision on the bail application of accused Ahsan Nazir and Waqas.
The Anti-Terrorism Court granted bail to accused Ahsan Nazir on a bond of Rs 5 lakh.
The court rejected the bail application of the accused Waqas arrested in the case.
It should be noted that the accused Ahsan Nazir, who got bail, is the brother of PML-N District Information Secretary Mudassar Nazir
Ahsan Nazir was arrested by the JIT because Ahsan had posted on his social media account on the day of the attack on Imran Khan.
According to the police, the said post was later deleted, in which Ahsan wrote that something big is going to happen today.
