This is bananas!

This real-life story about the power of generosity is bananas - literally!

My friend and author of one of my favorite manifestation books, Jennifer Blanchard, participated in the Giving 💗 Game with me.

She reported back the next day: “Today, I put a note on a Post-it note and stuck it to a $10. I left it under a bunch of bananas while at the grocery store. I like to do my dollar drops anonymously! I'm excited to see what unfolds as this week goes on!”

Four days later, I received this email from Jen:

“Okay, so the day after I dropped that $10 under the bananas at the grocery store, I opened my wallet and found two $5 folded together. I had no idea where they came from!

Then today at the grocery store (I go there a lot, apparently LOL), there was this guy playing Christmas songs on his trumpet for the Salvation Army and collecting donations. So, I tell myself on the way out, I’ll drop one of the $5s in his container.

Well, I’m checking out with my groceries, and I opened my wallet to get one of the $5s out and tucked underneath was also a $50 bill!! Where did it come from?? No idea!! 🤯

I swear it wasn’t there when I saw the $5s the other day. I NEVER have cash because my bank doesn’t have a branch where I live, so I do everything via the mobile app. I’ve been trying to think about where it could’ve come from, but I keep coming up blank! How crazy is that?!”

The math doesn’t add up when we give!

I gave Jen $5; she matched $5 to make it $10. She then gave away that $10, which should equal $0. But it didn’t! Mysteriously, giving $10 left $10 in Jen’s wallet, then gave birth to a $50 bill!

That, my friend, is the crazy good power of generosity!  😃

It also proves that you don’t have to wait until you have hundreds or thousands to give.
