When I interviewed hospitality students, they failed to answer basic meat questions.

I strongly believe that this is a skill-based education for hospitality students that plays a major role in increasing the productivity of the kitchen department. Meat is a nutrient-rich product for human consumption. Meat consumption in developing countries continues to increase annually and it is my concern that students are not aware of this valuable and important topic in a technical subject.
