#1 Way to Be Happy Beyond Covid

#1 Way to Be Happy Beyond Covid

BC was known to be the period - 'Before Christ', and AC as 'Alternate Current'. But today BC is 'Before Covid' and AC 'After Covid'.

In this period of Covid - many of us have re-evaluated what is really important to us. What is our purpose in life – what is the reason we are on the planet at this particular point in time – what is the reason we are all part of a community – what is the reason you are reading this post right now. Is there a purpose in all of us being drawn together and being connected?

My question for you is – if you could be or do anything you want – without any possibility of failure what would it be?

What would we be and do - in relation to our work – our family – our health – our friends. Lots of times we don’t do what we really want and hold back – because of the possibility of failure. But what if there was no possibility of failure - what would we do? Any thoughts?

Impossible is just a word – things that were impossible and impractical just a generation ago – are now mainstream reality – any thoughts ? A few examples that come to mind are Mobile Phones, Sat Communications, ICT, and Nano-Technology. All of these were impossible – until someone thought it was possible and so they created it.

Michael Angelo – who painted the famous Sistine chapel at the Vatican once said “the greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and that we miss it – but that its too low and we reach it”.

So in the AC or After Covid Era – things will not be the same. But change has always been inevitable isn’t it? Someone once said that the only things we could be certain off were death, taxes and change. Now – we are forced to face dramatic changes - but this also forces us to be creative and innovative. If the old ways of working are no longer the best or optimal can we find new ways of working?

If our old purpose – no longer seems exciting, invigorating and liberating – is it time – we looked for our true purpose? What is our true purpose? This is what will really set us free. Knowing and living our true purpose.

Michael Angelo also said “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free”.

So in any adversity lies an opportunity and most times a beautiful – fantastic opportunity. We need to take the time to find it and set it free. Set the angel within you free – so that you can find and live your true purpose.

Wish you all success and every blessing!
