Become a CONNECT For Teams Facilitator Through Certification

Since launching the CONNECT for Teams workshop a year ago, we have been approached by HR leaders and C-suites with requests to deliver a method for teaching their leaders the skills to deliver internally the art of connection. Despite numerous studies and discussions about engagement, there has been little action towards providing the skills and tools necessary for fostering the connection needed to create engagement. We have answered the call and will be training HR Leaders to become Strategic Connection Professionals (SCP) this April in Chattanooga. Additionally, this facilitators training is recognized by SHRM as part of the recertification providers program.

In today's rapidly evolving workplace landscape, the art of connection stands out as a pivotal skill for effective leadership. Recognizing this imperative, Paratus Consulting has crafted an innovative Facilitator's Training Workshop, to deliver the CONNECT for Teams program with internal certified trainers. This initiative is meticulously designed to equip leaders with the essential tools and skills to foster deep, meaningful connections within their teams, enhancing overall engagement and productivity.

The Genesis of a Groundbreaking Program

At the core of Paratus Consulting's mission is the recognition of a connection crisis in the workplace—a situation where, despite technological progress, the essential human need for connection often remains unmet. The Facilitator's Training Workshop seeks to address this issue by providing a comprehensive certification program that equips leaders to become Strategic Connection Professionals (SCP). These professionals are trained to implement proprietary CONNECTION tools within their organizations, such as the CONNECT For Teams workshop. Moreover, they are equipped to integrate strategic initiatives that build connection capital with existing HR systems, enhancing the organizational fabric with meaningful connections.

The SCP certification is not just a training program; it's a transformative experience. Spread over three days, the workshop is a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and real-world application, designed to create a lasting impact across teams.

  • On Day 1, participants will experience the CONNECT for Teams workshop and connection tools firsthand.
  • On Day 2, participants will acquire the key skills necessary to become a proficient facilitator of the workshop.
  • Day 3 is a practicum day, during which participants will have the opportunity to facilitate and teach the workshop alongside peers.

Strategic Connection Professional Certification Workshop Framework

The Facilitators Program Certification is comprehensively designed to equip facilitators with everything they need to deliver the CONNECT for Teams workshop effectively. Participants of the Facilitators Program will gain exclusive access to a private online community of professionals. This platform serves as a dynamic space for networking, sharing best practices, and ongoing learning beyond the confines of the workshop. Within this community, members can connect with peers, seek advice, share successes and challenges, and access a wealth of resources. This collaborative environment not only enhances the learning experience but also fosters a sense of belonging among professionals committed to mastering the art of connection. The benefits of this community extend well beyond the initial training, offering a continuous source of support and inspiration.
