Starting as a sales assistant, Olatz's appointment to Operations Manager in 2022 showcases her professional growth and development in managing IT systems, implementing policies, managing point of sales, and implementing in-store security measures.

As Bigbon Group gears up for the launch of 5 new stores at Shoreline Mall, SmartCity, Olatz and her team are working tirelessly with Inditex to set up sales points, CCTV monitoring, security protocols, and other operational essentials. Reflecting on this flagship project, Olatz shares, "Embracing the latest advancements excites me, and I enjoy learning and adapting to these innovations. It’s rewarding to witness our progress and how these advancements fuel the growth and efficiency of our operations."
During her 7-year tenure at Bigbon Group, Olatz has developed her professional skills as a result of various training opportunities that positioned her for her current role.
