BEING OUR BEST SELVES
All we have is our best, but is that enough?
BRADLEY WANTED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Bradley often felt paralyzed when he considered world events. He was glued to the news and was beside himself with grief.
He withdrew into his shell, and no one could console him, not his wife or his children. Bradley's grief led him into a pit of despair and depression.
Bradley told himself, "I am not doing enough to make change for a better world for my children. I feel lost."
WELCOME TO OUR WORLD
In a world filled with challenges, pressures, and times of uncertainty, it's easy for anyone to feel a bit lost.
When we see the immense problems in the world, it's natural to wonder, "Where do I even start?"
There's often too much to do, and we have too little time and resources to make a difference.
BE THE BEST WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW
But here's the thing: every one of us holds the power to make an impact and shape a better world.
We can contribute to our families, children, and communities, each in our own unique way.
Whether it means being a more supportive parent, a more loving partner, or a more understanding and motivating leader, we all have the capacity to create positive change.
We can help someone in need, even in the smallest way, or work towards a larger cause.
The starting point for this journey is uniquely yours; nobody can tell you where it should begin.
START WITH YOU
As a coach for Mental Fitness, I'd like to share a secret: it starts with yourself.
If you're feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, it's time to take that first step towards self-improvement. It's the foundation for becoming the best version of yourself.
Once you've taken that step, you'll find that you can extend your positive influence to your family, friends, and colleagues.
By first improving yourself, you'll see that you have the power to inspire and uplift those around you. You'll never have to say, "I don't know how to make a difference."
WE CAN ALL DO IT!
So, let's strive to do our very best. Begin with self-improvement, and you'll soon discover that you can significantly impact the world around you.
Share one action you can take today to become the best version of yourself.
Let's motivate and support each other as we work towards our personal best!

1yYes! Mindset matters. Assume most people are good and are doing their best. It's such a stress-reliever stance when you truly embody it. If you’re gonna assume, let it be positive. Believe in others and support them.
