CORPORATE CULTURE
🗣️ Quote of the Week:
“Culture is Group Habit. Change habits, change culture.” Bob Proctor
🌟 Client Wins
“After logging my activities for two weeks, I realised where I was leaking time and changed some of my own habits as well as our team meeting cadence and topics. Immediately we all became more productive and effective, in way less time." Business owners.
💡 Top Tip of the Week
Pick two habits that your team are doing, which are not supporting the achievement of your vision and change them!
Implement new, productive habits:
☑️ Change from daily to less frequent meetings.
☑️ Spend your morning on revenue generating activities.
☑️ Ask for the ‘Rolls Royce’ rather than settle for the clapped out Ford Fiesta.
☑️ Empower yourself and your team.
Let’s expand on the Rolls Royce! 🙌
We’re not put on this earth as the amazing individuals we are, to settle; neither at work, nor in our personal life.
I always recommend you ask for the “Rolls Royce,” your absolute most desired outcome 🌟 Here are some examples for your business...
Internally:
With your providers:
With your clients:
In some of my logistics consultancy work we laugh about this. Why? Because everyone knows I’ll always first ask for the Rolls Royce. Then challenge why it is not possible if I get resistance and ultimately come out with a way better result.
Now, that business may not ultimately end up with the Rolls Royce, it may be a top of the range Jaguar but… it will definitely be way better than the old Ford Fiesta we would’ve gotten if we’d only asked for that!
A great habit to change, and relatively simple and easy too! ✅
What have you got to lose? If you need help (most people do when they want to permanently change non productive habits into productive ones), you know where to find me!

😊 What we've been up to...
The podcast with one of my ex-clients went live last week. The topic was leadership and change management in a high pressure, complex corporate environment. Here’s the link to watch it 👇 https://bit.ly/podcast_empoweringfuture
You’ll learn:
➡️ How to create productive, empowering work environments
➡️ Time management tips that lead to more freedom (think: evenings and weekends for enjoyment, not recovery!)
➡️ How to lead through change while inspiring growth and progress (the biggest mistakes organisations make and strategies for leading effective change)
Did you know that mindset and mentorship are a critical success factor in empowering leaders and teams? ✨
Corporate culture is super important to the success of any business. And it filters down from the TOP; morale is NOT raised from the bottom up.
🧭 Your quest for the next two weeks (& beyond)...
Explore your corporate culture. Identify those aspects of your culture that are not conducive to the success of your business. For instance:
➡️ Micro managing.
➡️ Operating at a level below where you should be at.
➡️ Getting into the detail, rather than be strategic.
➡️ Not giving people the right tools and training to do their job.
➡️ A “That’s not possible” attitude, rather than a “How can we do this?” attitude.
➡️ Slow, sluggish, ineffective implementation of key changes. necessary for your business to thrive
➡️ And so on...
