Believe in Possible

Believe in Possible

Many people want to know the "secret" to my losing over 200 lbs on my own in less than a year. I can certainly understand that. Most important obviously, is how I maintain.

Here are some of the biggest factors to my success:

  • Focus on building new habits.
  • Accept that improving your health is a lifelong commitment.
  • Don't give up when you screw up. Get back up!
  • "Fake it to make it." Even if you don't believe in yourself, just push out those self-doubts from your mind.
  • Learn to love yourself and that it's okay to be imperfect.

These are just a few key things I tell people. I know they don't give you a tangible quick-fix solution to what I did. That's because the real solution to sustainable health comes from changing what you believe about it. Look around you. How many people do you know struggle with weight and health despite all of these diets, pills, exercise programs that are out in the market? Face it. There is no profit to these programs in keeping you healthy on your own. They profit in you becoming dependent on them and coming back when you fail. Get off the merry-go-round and take charge yourself!

My mission is to inspire you to take charge of your life and your health by being a living example of what is possible.

This coming year I will be working to share more about how we can make small, simple changes over time to make bigger changes, whatever your goal may be. I plan to do more public speaking, hopefully traveling to places near you, writing more, and videos. I'm even shooting for some tv appearances to share my vision. Who knows... the world is full of possibilities.

I am excited about New Year! How do you want to remember 2018? Make one small decision to do something to improve your life and a year from now you'll be celebrating your success!

Stay Awesome!
