The third episode shares the passionate testimony of Pedro Oliveira, Automation Manager of the AMOB group. Now available online, it’s a conversation full of good stories, commitment and dedication over the years.
Within the AMOB structure, Pedro Oliveira is responsible for a group of people from different areas, including electricians, technicians, IT specialists and engineers, who help to bring the machines to life. In a very transparent narrative, Pedro tells us how he began his professional career and how he first came into contact with AMOB group.
“In my free time, I spent a lot of time installing and repairing various pieces of equipment and it was following this situation that I was contacted by a friend who worked here at AMOB and asked me to come in for an interview. At the time, I was very enthusiastic about what was being produced here and the technology used in the machines. I accepted the challenge and here I am.” Says Pedro Oliveira, Automation Manager of AMOB group.
In a leadership position, it’s important to know how to keep the team motivated on a daily basis. During the conversation we were able to find out how Pedro Oliveira promotes this motivation for the large group of people he is in charge of, as well as for himself.
