The Best 2 Minutes Today.

This Jocko Willink podcast snippet is a whopping 2 minutes, yet carries a message that can last a lifetime. We spend so many days worrying about problems or avoiding them altogether. These problems send negative impulses coursing through our system. That is because we are conditioned to look at problems as failures or some sort of pending doom.

A Navy Seal, Jocko Willink has an attitude and approach toward so-called problems that we should all heed. A problem is an opportunity. Just reframing that one concept changes the entire lens through which we can view life and business. As he explains it, a problem should be viewed as an opportunity to do better. To get better.

Thanks Jocko, I have some problems to confront and it is all good.

"A problem is an opportunity." Yes, indeed.
