I’m excited to be leading Amgen as we harness dramatic advances in science and technology to serve patients suffering from serious diseases.
Our new migraine treatment was just named one of the “50 Best Inventions of 2018” by Time Magazine.
The Best Inventions list includes "products, structures and services that are solving compelling problems in creative ways," and the evaluation takes into account factors such as "originality, creativity, influence, ambition and effectiveness." We were one of eight that received recognition in the Health & Wellness category and the only medicine that made the Best Invention list.
The article also mentions one of the key researchers on this program, Cen Xu. Congratulations, team!
