Overview

This deep-dive training session will walk you through how to use the new System for Award Management (SAM) functionality. We're going to walk you through the strategies we use when we on-board new clients to determine who buys what you sell, how much they buy, how often they buy it, and how to collect various levels of intelligence. This is hands-down; one of the more comprehensive sessions you will find on using SAM. It will answer questions you didn’t even know you should be asking :)
