I predict this article will upset a range of people who are in the business of selling prepackaged solutions... like CCTV... bollards... or not putting anything against shop window to give people with visual impairments a clear pathway. I end the article by saying, "Whatever the prepackaged solution people are advocating, it's safe to assume it won't work". Enjoy. Or get angry. But let's all think a little deeper.
