Beyond business: what Digibee can do for our clients’ teams
Digibee’s purpose goes beyond improving enterprise delivery: there’s a lot our platform can do for people. And here I tell you how it happens – and why
Rodrigo Bernardinelli
You probably know Digibee because of our platform. But do you know why Digibee exists in the first place?
There is no prank behind this question. Since Simon Sinek launched the book Start with Why, in 2009, the business world has been pondering on the purpose of its actions. No wonder: without purpose, it is easy to lose track, and even the ethical measure, of one’s attitudes.
With that in mind, I put Digibee under a microscope and found out it exists for two reasons. The first one came to me as no surprise: to leverage digital business. But the most important thing is to make our customer’s IT team shine.
Let’s start with our first calling. It is kind of iffy, and even unfair, to say that we help companies deliver what they set out to do. Their delivery is assured, with or without our platform. What changes with our platform is that companies are able to deliver quicker, without losing quality or assertiveness.
A rather institutional value, so to speak. It is indeed quite a value, though we are able to do something even more valuable, to make tech teams stand out. We create conditions and provide tools so that the solution architects or developers can be “IT heroes,” so that CIOs can deliver swifter and with higher quality.
What we do has a direct impact on people, even more than on systems.
And we are focusing on the developer as the persona of our platform who benefits the most from our service. It is as if we were tacit partners in the commitment to revalidate and reposition IT; we could even adopt the catchphrase “make IT look good,” if we wanted to – LOL.

To accomplish this “why,” we clearly need a “how.” The first step, then, is to improve productivity of technology divisions, accelerating the life cycle of developers, operators, and the entire group actually engaged. With such productivity boost, IT backlog shrinks.
The second step is to empower teams, especially developers. Our platform allows them to no longer depend on third party for systems integration, which is now done by the teams themselves. It’s a more agile and more product-oriented approach.
A third aspect is that we help streamline our customers’ system architecture. Often, they were designed many years ago, based on old technology that is little or not at all adaptable to what we have and need today. Digibee creates a digital layer on top of this existing architecture that gives a boost to these applications.
Ultimately, we are able to pave new ways for our customers to make change at scale. The need to grow is virtually a market imposition, but one needs tools and structures shapeable to the company’s growth leaps. Tools and frameworks that our platform helps create.
Therefore, I repeat: our purpose brings together digital business acceleration and IT promotion and revaluation. It’s a platform that exists not to put us in the spotlight, but to put our clients and their teams in the spotlight.

2ySeeing companies really thinking about people, not only in their marketing, should be normal, but the fact that it makes me happy probably means that it's not as widespread as you might think. Rodrigo Bernardinelli , I bet that you can take it even a step further. All the people that enjoy a seemless integration, the once that can leave the CTR-C / CTR-V behind and start adding value and be noticed and valued, the opportunities created.
