A bias for action always wins
I spend a lot of time trying to help Veblen Members to go from not having board seats, to getting well paid board seats.
When I see some members achieve incredible results in short periods of time, I always talk to them to try and find out what they are doing different from those that take a longer time to get the results.
It is ALWAYS a bias for action. A willingness to just get after it. In one day they will update their Linkedin profile, reach out to a dozen companies, post some content, connect with other Vebleners, ask some questions in the forum, engage with the learning in the classroom, share their experiences and still have time to help answer other peoples questions.
And then there are those who do all of the above but do it in 6 months, not 1 day. Neither is wrong or right, but one always gets results quicker.
