Big Thinking Paranoid People

Big Thinking Paranoid People

Are you struggling to build faster or build right or build big?

Here is an answer that can help you to build FAST, RIGHT, BIG.

You are one of those people who are trying to make a difference. You are only one change away. How are you thinking about paranoia?

The biggest thinkers are usually the most paranoid leaders. The smallest thinkers are normally the least paranoid. I am not talking about negative paranoia. I am talking about the positive paranoid, which will help to build faster, and build right, build bigger.

Big thinking paranoia - Key Takeaways:

Build Faster:

1.      Speed of implementation: How quickly do we implement the idea that we have that is very effective?

  • Speed of the delivery for customers. -- Amazon.
  • Speed how quickly we get back a customer or anybody.
  • Speed on emails.
  • Speed on how quickly the next step happens for the product to be sent to them.
  • How quickly we can take the following steps?
  • Speed – Speed – Speed. Everything comes back down to Speed.
  • Sometimes we are moving too quickly when it becomes abrupt and we need to take our time to be more diligent.
  • All the big companies and leaders – once Speed is their number 1 priority. Once they become thick – top of the list, they are flat – maintaining it. Speed is no longer their priority.

2.      Time:

  • We don’t have much time to get things done as we think we do. Let’s go get it done.
  • What can we do to be better with this time part?
  • How urgent are we about getting the answer to a question?
  • Why do we need to take one week to get an answer? Why can’t we get the answer in one day or four hours?
  • Why don’t we contact the people to get the question answered today?
  • I want to get the answer to that question today.

3.      Deadlines:

  • Are we going to hit the deadline? Is it done? Constant watch-outs of dates and commitment.
  • How does the team feel about hitting the deadline?
  • To these big thinking paranoid people: Today, now & faster are the answers for most of their problems.

Build Right:

1.      Internal systems:

  • Pay attention to Internal System.
  • How efficient are your internal systems? What type of product does your internal system produce?
  • Are they producing the best type of products? Is user experience best?
  • What needs to be adjusted for it to be more efficient, faster, and more streamlined?
  • Is it duplicatable? Is it something anyone can do?
  • Is it a system that if you hire another person can come immediately and do exactly what is that person doing?

2.      Leadership team:

  • A great coach is paranoid about the leader, and how the person is leading everyone. What are the examples set as a standard?
  • What are his habits?
  • Are there any bad examples this person is teaching the team?
  • Remember one thing: The best team member needs not to be the leader of the team. If you pick any game, you see hundreds of examples on this.
  • Choose the right people leaders. Invest in them. Groom them.

3.      Energy:

  • Energy plays a crucial role in everything especially when you are building BIG.
  • What kind of energy are you building? Is it Positive energy or negative energy?
  • Is your energy still at best?

4.      Competition:

  • You got to pay attention to the competition.
  • Whom you are competing with. It could be a person or a company.
  • What are they doing, and what kind of products are they releasing? How are they growing?
  • How do you make an impact with yours?

Build Bigger:

1.      Innovation:

  • Leaders or companies who are BIG came into existence with innovation.
  • No BIG company was ever born without Innovation. As soon as they become BIG, they slow down on Innovation. Younger or small companies will heavily invest in Innovation to make a name for themselves.
  • This is the time for great Leaders to constantly focus on how can we innovate. How we can make a difference?
  • Innovation + Speed are crazy combinations they go after it.

2.      Numbers:

  • Big thinking paranoia people are always on top of numbers.
  • They study 100’s different numbers and combinations.
  • What is the most important one that you are looking for: profits, revenue, valuations, debt-free, impacts, products, user base, customers, clients, usage, subscribership?
  • What is it? What brings the most value to you and your organizations?
  • They go after that one thing and start aligning the rest of them in their journey.

3.      New laws and legislation:

  • Every industry needs to watch out for laws and legislation. If there is a change in your country's leadership – it will impact your organization and as a person.
  • A change in the law can heavily impact your business or product.
  • You have to continue to study what drives your business or as a person. Which one will impact you?

I am very paranoid about the number of people I serve or making a difference in their lives - Subscribership. How many people am I connecting with?

My number one is Subscribers - connections. I always believe you are one connection away from the biggest change in your life, the biggest break ever.
