I've been cleaning house and I came across some advice from billionaires I’d collected and some of my own thoughts.

 

Some you’ve seen before, some will be new, but ALL are insanely valuable (in my humble opinion):

 

The best customer service is no need for customer service. Your customer shouldn’t need to call or message you.

 

It’s not an experiment if you know it’s going to work.

 

Great companies are built on great solutions.

 

Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing. 

 

People are exactly as honest as they can afford to be.

 

Do not save what is left after spending… spend what is left after saving.

 

If you show me the incentives… I’ll show you the outcomes.

 

Your personal brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.

 

View challenges as opportunities.

 

Consistency can turn ordinary people into extraordinary.

 

Meditate.

 

If you want to be uber-successful… you’ll need to be obsessed.

 

Confidence has no competition.

My Franchise Take:

  • Express has phenomenal numbers! The item 19 is 9 pages long, and one of the tables shows data for units open more than 60 months. There were 418 units open more than 60 months and their average annual sales were $7,194,784!
  • Over 90% of franchisees did not have staffing/recruiting backgrounds, yet many of them are still able to be extremely successful. 
  • Not only is this a profitable location and overall franchise system, you can also make an impact in your local community. The average office is able to place 600 people each year looking for a job in their community.
