In today's blog I am writing about how you can leverage 90% of an asset on only a minimum 10% downpayment. During these unprecedented times, we are seeing new pre-construction developments come out with some amazing incentives for buyers looking to get into the market.
A typical pre-construction project would require about 20-25% downpayment over the course of 1-2 years. Given the times we are in, some projects have come out with only a 10-15% downpayment structure on a building that is ready 3-4 years from now. I personally believe that once we come out of this downturn in the market we will see new highs in the Real Estate market and prices will continue to rise up.
