BLOOMERANGS selected by Microsoft to showcase BLOOOOM in Macau, China
It is with great excitement and pride that we announce that BLOOMERANGS was selected by Microsoft to showcase BLOOOOM, its Audience Relationship Management platform, in the Microsoft CCG (Consumer Channel Group) Executive event in Macau, China, on October 25-29 2015. The event gathered Microsoft executives, CxOs and Managing directors of MNAs, named OEMs, Authorized distributors and retail partners.
BLOOMERANGS took the opportunity to share with the top leaders of the retail sectors the future of marketing and MarTech platforms. Joseph Noujaim, CEO and Co-Founder of BLOOMERANGS, highlighted how marketing based on omnichannel, behavioral, and relationship can play a decisive role in driving sales and optimizing operational costs, hence respond to the current and future business needs.
To showcase a real life example on the power of BLOOOOM, BLOOMERANGS conducted a live marketing experiment throughout the event, involving all attendees. The experiment featured iBeacon, Cloud Beacons, Digital Signage and more.
Prior to the event, twenty iBeacon devices were deployed in the Macau Venetian hotel in strategic locations, and a mobile application was available exclusively for the event attendees.
The app featured various tools, namely:
- proximity scanning, where attendees were able to spot who was next to them in the event
- contact sharing, where attendees were able to add each other’s personal details instantly to their phone contacts
- 1 to 1 meeting requests, where attendees were able to request meeting from each others during the event
- session awareness, where attendees where able to access briefs of upcoming sessions, with the option to add a session to their calendar
- session rating, where attendees where able to rate each session they attended
- behavioral based notification, where attendees were notified by push notification about the current sessions running in the meeting hall whenever they crossed the entrance, and a push notification to rate that session while walking out of the meeting hall.
On the second day of the event, BLOOMERANGS performed a live demonstration of BLOOOOM, revealing to Microsoft retail partners the various analytics gathered during the event, along with live on stage creation of targeted SMS / Email / push notification / content publishing campaigns, based on audience behavior. Campaigns like “Send an SMS to all people who were present in the ‘Windows 10: Future is Now’ session”, “Send a Push Notification to all people who rated the ‘Opening Note’ as 4/5” were specifically showcased.
BLOOOOM is an Audience Relationship Management platform that assists decision makers in better reaching, engaging, analyzing and understanding their audience.
