Role Description

This is a full-time on-site BMW & MINI Local Business Development Manager role located in Manchester Area, United Kingdom. As BMW & MINI LBDM, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy, requiring great communication, prospecting, and networking skills. Other responsibilities include; creating and maintaining relationships with customers to build a strong client base, researching and analyzing the automotive industry, competing products and trends, developing successful working relationships with other Managers, and working closely with the sales team to support the sales process end-to-end.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to use customer-centric selling techniques
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • A passion for the automotive industry with knowledge of BMW & MINI products and services desired
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage complex information, multiple demands, and competing priorities
