In October 2016 Bob and the global Zehnder Clean Air Solution management team attended our 3 day VBA Complex Negotiation Skills training.
Its a tough skills training program that move boundaries for the individual and challenges comfort zones in many ways.
However delegates get to know "how well" they negotiate compared to the "Ronaldo's" in negotiation. Whats even better, we document how they succeed improving their skills from average to outstanding negotiators in just 3 days! And most importantly, it works back home on the job. Bob's french colleague Olivier have won one of his major deals ever applying the best practice verbal behaviours that Huthwaite International research have uncovered.
