Book Release: Facilitating CDP Planning and Activation
I'm kicking off 2025 with the release of my 10th book for automotive retail at the NADA Convention and Expo. Dealership leaders who want to learn more about Customer Data Platforms (CDP) are invited to book an appointment at NADA to get a free copy.
Dealers who are not attending NADA can order the book for delivery after NADA. All paid book orders will come with a login to the companion video training series for staff members who don't like to read. The videos can also be used for staff education and planning by watching them as a team in a conference room.

Since the CDP industry in automotive retail is accelerating in scale and scope, I will be updating the book and video series as market changes warrant new information to be presented.
In the book I have included commentary from leaders of automotive dealer groups as well as the C-Suite executives from companies who are developing CDP platforms for dealers. Look for some additional announcements on resources and community building for dealers who are using a CDP or plan to deploy one in 2025.
