Book Series: IMPROVing Agile Teams

Book Series: IMPROVing Agile Teams

This week's entry goes to "Improving Agile Teams". Check out My Book Series.

How I Found it

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul at his class of Advanced Scrum Master in London (A-CSM) with Geoff in London 2018. Since then I've continued following their work.

The concept of this book is pretty unique.

What it Tells me

Change starts from within, you cant expect others changing nor experimenting with their behaviour if you don't do with your own self. (Oh yes and on this note, read until the very end of this book there is a discovery gem waiting for you there!)

We humans improvise everyday, constantly, and this book is one of its kind, bringing a bunch of improv techniques to teamwork covering key areas such as safety, spontaneity and storytelling…

Food for Thought

How using constraints one can unlock creativity.
