Boredom

Boredom

Are your child or you feeling uninterested or simply encountering moments of boredom?

Distinguishing between these two states can significantly impact your overall life contentment.

Contrary to common belief, boredom isn't merely a lack of external stimuli. Paradoxically, the more diversions and outside influences we seek, the stronger our sense of boredom can become.

Boredom represents a blank canvas. Feeling bored often involves escaping—a mental state we adopt to avoid introspection.

It arises from an inner recognition that we possess untapped potential. Boredom acts as a reminder of the pain associated with unrealized capabilities; it signifies a disconnection from the vast contributions we can make to the world and, in turn, what the world can offer us.

Consider boredom as a potent instrument that encourages a reevaluation of your relationship with the world...

Only thing I wish to say is that Boredom is NOT external, it is your own making and largely a way how you engage with the world outside your own mind.
