In recent months, we had the privilege of participating in the KUSOM Job and Internship Fair 2024 at Kathmandu University School of Management and the TBC Career Fest 2024 at The British College Kathmandu. These events weren’t just recruitment drives —they were vibrant platforms where ambition and opportunity converged.
Inspiring the Next Generation
Meeting so many young, passionate individuals was inspiring. These students weren’t just looking for jobs; they were seeking purpose, growth, and alignment with their values. Their energy and curiosity challenged us to reflect on how we, as employers, can create spaces where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.
What truly stood out was the proactive mindset of many students.
