Budget thoughts for the property and construction sector

Small businesses got a lot from this Budget, particularly with the reduction in commercial Stamp Duty and Business rates, and that should stimulate many to either expand or buy their properties. But I'm not sure whether this was really a Budget for the next generation, or just the next three months to tide things over politically beyond the EU referendum.
