The Build Up!
Sometimes, it doesn’t take much to move the needle.
You take one small step. Then another. And suddenly, six months has passed – and you’ve hit the road you long dreamed of travelling.
Building a career takes time. And many of us don’t like waiting! But if you focus on making one small change every week – or even every month – you’ll be well and truly ready when the career gods present you with your moment of opportunity.

Another small change I’ve made recently? Finetuning The Build Up.
I hope you enjoy the new look and format. Hopefully, it gives you a small spark of inspiration to take the next step in your career. Or ideas for how to attract the next superstar to your team – so you can deliver projects that exceed expectations.
