This month at Hiire wasn't all smooth sailing (I wish, but it wasn’t)

We faced some challenges with recruitment for certain positions. But hey, that's why we build in public - to learn and adapt.

The good news? We also had some bright spots and major takeaways.

Ongoing projects

Client #1: Secil

Secil continues to grow in several areas and we start to see the results of our work. A few candidates are in the final stage for the Plant Manager role while we start with interviews for the SAP role. The team needs the right person. 

The mission is not easy but it’s an exciting one.

Client #2: Piggy

The Dutch startup continues to grow and we just met with them face-to-face last week. It was great to meet the client in person finally. 

We are moving for the first offer while simultaneously sourcing and interviewing because they have multiple positions open.

Client #3: Monite

Monite is making a big impact in the fintech space and in April we did our first placement for the backend team. 

We also opened a new role with them and now we are also working on the product side besides tech/engineering - more great people to hire ahead!

Client #4:Mozzaik365

We started working with a French startup last week to fill in its needs to improve its quality assurance competencies. 

This was one of the clients we closed in April and we started the search for a QA to help them to deliver even better solutions!

Our podcast, Hiire Talks, is back!
