August was yet another hot month at Hiire!
We kept filling in new positions, struggled to fill in others, found new ways to improve our sourcing, and got new job vacancies ready to be filled.
Recruitment is a roller coaster, and we certainly felt it this month!
At the same time, we have more exciting new jobs on our website and will link to some in this newsletter.

This newsletter is slowly moving to Brevo
Social media platforms appear and disappear in the blink of an eye. And I want to provide more value while sharing this journey with you all in a place in which I can control the reach and delivery of the content.
With that in mind, this newsletter will be slowly moving to Brevo. Not much will be changing about the format—you'll still have a monthly round-up about my journey growing Hiire—but there will be goodies there and more I have planned for the coming months.

Ongoing projects
Client #1: Secil
We currently have 2 people moving to the 2nd interview with the client about the Product Owner for the mortar business.
Let’s hope everything goes right!
At the same time, for the Maintenance Manager role, we have 5 candidates currently on the client’s side.
Client #2: Plexus
Remember that candidate that had advanced to the 2nd interview phase? They are currently in negotiations. We’re now awaiting feedback on it.
Client #3: UserCentrics
The recruitment processes for Senior Data Analyst and Senior Mobile Engineer are flowing, and we already have several candidates either in interviews with the client or waiting for feedback.
A reminder that we continue interviewing candidates for UserCentrics. Still, if you want to join the company, we are still actively searching for:
They need 2 Node.js and 2 Mobiles, so don’t be shy if you know someone! Did I tell you they offer you 30 days of holidays?

We started working with Faurecia Aptoide Automotive, a leading automotive App Store, in the middle of August, and we currently have several positions open!
