CHAPTER THREE of Building Your CASA. When Business Finds Its Way Home...a short story

Right now, you're standing at a crossroads. And here's a truth that might make you uncomfortable:

"The road to significance is paved with inconvenience." - a Clarism

But here's the real question you need to ask yourself: Which inconvenience will you choose?

Path one is familiar. It's the slow burn to irrelevance disguised as "staying the course." It's watching your energy drain away day by day, seeing your best people leave for more meaningful work, feeling your passion turn to resignation. It's knowing you're growing bigger but not better, gradually becoming obsolete while telling yourself you're being "practical." It's burning out yourself and your team on the road to nowhere.

Or there's path two. The path home.
