In this tutorial, you'll learn how to generate personalized emails using the Buyer Business Analyzer Agent inside Personize.ai Studio. This advanced guide will walk you through a multi-step workflow, including online searches and custom analyses, to create email campaigns that resonate with your contacts.

Agentic Workflow Overview

Your source file must have "First Name, "Title", and "Company Name" for all contacts.

Agent 1 - Query Builder: Generates search queries based on company data.

Agent 2 - Online Search: Summarizes webpage content from search results.

Agent 3 - Analyzer Agent: Analyzes search results and returns a JSON containing its analysis and inferences of the account's customers/ICPs, Value Prop, Product, Sales Funnel, Competitive Market Overview, GTM strategy and Channels.

Agent 4 - Email Writer: Generates an email using results from the analyzer agent.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Start the Run process by selecting your file. Then create the agents based on this workflow:

Agent 1: Query Builder

Purpose: Generates dynamic search queries based on a company name.

  • Th dynamic query would look like "product, services, news of {{Company_Name}}".
  • No system message is needed.
  • Map the Company_Name as an input.
  • Specify a column as the destination for queries.
  • Select "Skip Provider" option for this agent.

Agent 2: Online Search Tool

Purpose: Reads top most relevant links about each company and returns the search results.

  • Input the search queries generated by the Query Builder.
  • Specify a column for the search results as the destination column.

Agent 3: Buyer Business Analyzer Agent

Purpose: Analyzes search results to create a structured JSON that answers specific questions about the companies.

  • Returns a JSON containing its analysis and inferences of the account's customers/ICPs, Value Prop, Product, Sales Funnel, Competitive Market Overview, GTM strategy and Channels.
  • Inputs: Search results from Agent 2, Company Name, Your Company Name, Your Company Description. 
  • Store the result in a column called: “Business Analysis".

Agent 4: Email Writer

Purpose: Generates a personalized email using results from the analyzer agent.

  • Inputs: Results from the Analyzer Agent, and the Lead information like first name and title. 
  • Store the result in a column called: “Output Email"
