Business Essentials: A Conversation with Claudia Tsas

Business Essentials: A Conversation with Claudia Tsas

Today I am wrapping up my series on Business Essentials. This month I decided to embark on a series that deviates from normal content marketing education and explores some of the essentials each entrepreneur needs to strengthen if they want a successful and strong business.

Over the past three weeks, I have interviewed financial, public relations, and legal support experts. Of course, many more aspects of the business need attention, but I felt these three elements were foundational to a healthy, strong start.

Today we wrap up the series by interviewing a fellow business owner that recently launched her business. Claudia Tsas of Kharis Lavender Fields in Gaithersburg, Maryland was kind enough to open up her shop and her heart to us. Her journey is filled with inspiration and encouragement. I hope you enjoy what she has to share and can be inspired to continue your entrepreneurial journey.

Here are some of the questions we discussed during our conversation.

  • Tell us about your company, what you do, and how you got started.
  • What has been your biggest business challenge so far?
  • What would that be if you could go back and change or redo something about your business launch?
  • What has been your strongest and most impactful business alliance so far?
  • What advice would you give someone considering starting a new business?
